Addison Multi Service is Carmen, Jose, and their daughter — a family that decided to do two things well: keep homes clean, and make them look new.
We run two crews out of two vans — one for cleaning, one for painting and exterior work — so whether you need a deep clean or a fresh coat, you're calling the same family every time.

What areas do you serve?
We're based in Roanoke, Virginia and serve the whole Roanoke Valley — Salem, Vinton, Hollins, Cave Spring, Daleville — plus Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Lexington, Bedford, Lynchburg, Rocky Mount, Martinsville, Smith Mountain Lake, and nearby West Virginia. We travel up to two hours out. If you're not sure you're in range, just ask.
Do you do both cleaning and painting?
Yes — that's what "Multi Service" means. We run two crews out of two vans: one handles house cleaning, deep cleaning, and post-construction cleanup; the other handles interior and exterior painting, staining, pressure washing, and stucco repair. One call covers both.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the space and the work involved, so we quote every job individually — and the quote is free. Call or text us with a few photos and we can usually give you a number quickly. You always know the price before we start.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're a family-owned business and we carry insurance on our work — ask us and we'll show you.

How soon can you come out?
It depends on the season and how far out you are — jobs inside the Roanoke Valley are usually the quickest to schedule, and farther trips we like to plan a little ahead. Call or text and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
Do you clean apartments and offices, or just houses?
Both. We do houses, apartments and condos, and offices — including move-in and move-out cleans for renters and landlords, and recurring office cleaning on a schedule that works around your hours.
Who actually shows up to do the work?
We do. Addison Multi Service is one family — Carmen, Jose, and their daughter — and we do the jobs ourselves. You're never handed off to a call center or a subcontractor you've never met.
